We take your privacy, and the protection of your children very seriously. It’s a complex and serious area that concerns a lot of people, but we want to keep it as simple as possible:

What personal information do we collect about you?

Nothing! You don’t need to register to use the app in any way. We don’t ask you for any personal details.

What other data do we collect from the app?

We collect crash logs if something goes wrong and the app crashes. These do not contain any personal information, but it tells us what the app was doing at the time of the crash. This helps us to pinpoint any problems and fix them. We also collect basic usage data. This is limited to how many times the app is launched, your device type, and the version of iOS that you are using. Again this doesn’t contain any personal information, all we know is that somebody with an iPhone 5, running iOS7 used the app today. This is used to monitor how much the app is being used, and also what devices we should concentrate on using. All of the data is completely anonymous. We don’t collect any other data or attempt to track your behaviour in any way.

What about in-app purchases? You ask for my iTunes login and password?

All in-app purchases are handled by Apple’s payment systems. The login box that you see is actually displayed by Apple, and the app has no access to this data. It’s completely secure.

What about this website? Do you store cookies?

No. Nothing.
